Christopher W Anderson has been retained, and/or testified as an expert witness in over 50 gambling-related cases in both state and federal jurisdictions. In these cases, we conduct an extensive evaluation to determine whether or not there is a diagnosis of pathological gambling. If so, then we seek to determine whether or not there is a connection between the individuals gambling and the crimes for which they are being prosecuted. A report is produced for the client's attorney which is then submitted to the court.
